Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances in which Vyapar Saathi Advisors Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) will, or will not, provide a refund for services purchased through our website or directly from us.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Our services involve professional advisory, consultancy, registration, compliance, taxation, and related work, where significant time, expertise, and resources are committed immediately upon order confirmation.
Accordingly, all payments made to the Company are non-refundable once the service request is confirmed and processing has commenced.
2. Advance Payments and Retainers
Any advance or retainer amount paid for initiating work is non-refundable under any circumstances, even if you decide not to proceed with the service after payment, because resources are allocated and work planning begins immediately.
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare and exceptional cases:
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate work on your case within 15 working days of payment receipt (unless the delay is caused by your own inaction or incomplete documentation).
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
Non-Feasibility: If after payment we determine that your request cannot be fulfilled due to legal or technical reasons completely outside your control, and no alternate service is acceptable to you.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after placing the order.
Delay or failure in service delivery caused by your failure to provide required information, documents, approvals, or responses.
Submission of incorrect or misleading data.
Delay in government approvals beyond our control.
Discontinuation of service at your request after initiation.
Force Majeure events (including changes in law, strikes, system downtime, natural disasters, or government policy changes).
5. Cancellation Requests
Once an order is placed and acknowledged, cancellation requests will not be entertained unless under the exceptional circumstances in Section 3.
6. Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
You must submit a written request to contact@vyaparsaathi.com within 7 calendar days of the incident giving rise to the claim.
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 15 working days, through the same mode of payment used originally.
Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, or government fees already paid will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service will be limited to the actual amount paid by you for that specific service, and will never exceed such amount under any circumstances.
8. Amendments to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
